Step by step

We carry out an understanding of your business to identify the keywords that will help us find the LinkedIn profiles of potential clients for your business. We will calculate the exact number of people and find their locations to serve as input in defining the campaign.

We design the implementation, diffusion and monitoring of the campaign on LinkedIn. We started by writing a 300-character, ice-breaking message when sending the connection request to new profiles; and 1 additional message to reinforce communication in case of no response.

We will define 2 messages to send to each profile and through statistical experiments we will validate or discard the hypothesis about which message is generating greater customer attraction and which one we should rethink in order to maximize the lead generation.

Once identified potential customers, messages are ready to be sent and the timeframes are set, our team will be implementing the defined strategy. A maximum of 100 connections per week will be sent. This is a restriction defined by LinkedIn and is the reason why our team will be scheduled to send 2 connection requests every (1) business hour during the 5 business days of each week.

In a weekly report, we will deliver the lead database in a spreadsheet with the total potential customers defined in the strategy. This spreadsheet will be organized with the total number of referrals and their name, surname, LinkedIn URL, sending date of the connection request, acceptance date of the connection request, and last message sent.

During this stage we give you the performance report of the month and evaluate the results of the consultative sale (B2B) of your products or services. We will evaluate the commercial performance of your business, after receiving the lead generated by this campaign.
